He is right. Blade runner is not about the drama of the protagonists. It is about the drawn world and villains.

the plot twist with the note to this day is my favorite plot twist of all time from any movie. the improv in that moment combined with the music that plays gives me goosebumps every time and i love showing it to others to see their reactions in that moment of realization.

I'm about three years older than bo, and have a 14 year old daughter and I totally agree with him about the way we grew up WITH the internet versus IN the internet. I'm honestly so annoyed with the audience laughing at the serious things he is saying, it's irritating even when he's literally crying. I can't believe he made another "special" after this being funny and singing songs at ALL the devolved into horror and dread. And broke up with his gf who was way older than him and he's been with since he was a teenager. Bizarre. 😊

Just stumbled across this movie on streaming- what an awesome little film and I love that he's open to talking about the specifics- so many filmmakers like being opaque and it's annoying- talk openly about what you created, especially if it's confusing

there were three EM's in my opinion. Wish someone would have asked.. Two we see, one we don't see but we can safely assume another EM was the one who broke the windshield when the house was confused about why because there was nothing in the car to take. It appears that EM wanted to do the same thing the main character EM did at the end.. What stopped her was the other world Kevin bumping into her by the car.

There’s 4
@Guinea54 Жыл бұрын
@@LoveLeigh313 There isn't four because the guy who wrote the movie stated that we follow the original Emma throughout the entire movie from start to finish. So where would the fourth be?
@Freesoul186Ай бұрын
One is the original Em(1)..in another reality em (2)and kevin is breaking up and kevin and laurie are together......in one reality Em(3) is siting at the table all fcked up..and then there is another Em (4)where she is with kevin and that is the last reality we see..

Pertaining to 19:13 as to Folger personae asserting "there was no authorship question": the correct response would have been to say that hey, great, WE AGREE there's no question! Edward de Vere was the author - it's settled. There ISN'T any authorship question.
@johnbeattie5014 Жыл бұрын
Pertaining to 16:31 as to the search for a "smoking gun": Oxfordians *already have* a "smoking gun", if we will merely bring it to the forefront of all discussions about the Shakespeare Authorship Revelation. It's from Comedy Of Errors, where servant Dromio of Ephesus says, out of nowhere, “I buy a thousand pound a year, I buy a rope.” IV.1. This is mysterious, no? The “thousand pound a year” has nothing to do with the plot at hand, no? Scholars have long puzzled over this, believing it was some kind of transient reference which Elizabethan theatregoers would have understood but which is now lost in the mists of time. But IMHO (and some Oxfordian scholars have pointed out the possibility that) this was Oxford's referring to his annuity which the normally parsimonious Queen Elizabeth began paying him in June 1586. Can we surmise that, knowing his name could never attach to his writings, Oxford inserted this "thousand pound" clue for future researchers to discover as a link to himself, the true author? Francis Bacon or Christopher Marlowe or other authorship candidates never received any "thousand pound a year", did they? And certainly the Stratford man never did!

Lisa and Laura and Aaron: for 8:55-9:20 could you describe here in the Comments what the audience's reaction was? Had most heard, or not heard, about the Shakespeare Authorship Revelation? And were most aware, or not aware, of this being "controversial"? In watching the video at 8:55-9:20 we cannot tell how many in the audience were raising, or not raising, their hands.

Great, I remember meeting Mark in Babelsberg Studios 1995. He visited our small effects studio and I showed him my Amiga Lightwave stuff we did at that time. He was so cool and funny and he told me that he used the Amiga and Lightwave himself for the first tests of Dino animations for Jurassic Park. I didn't know who he was when I met him, but I was so impressed when i read about him later and i saw all the productions he did from Abyss, Terminator and Jurassic Park. He is one of the real pioneers and he shaped the industry.

I've had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the genius that is Yuri Norsteyn on three occasions in recent times, the last being in the Moscow Book Fair in June 2023. We've signed and dedicated copies of our books to each other, and he will freely give his time to anyone interested in his unique works of art. Like me, he prefers to shun modern devices, prefering instead to stick to various nib thickness ink pens and different grades of pencils to jot down his ideas and notes 🤗
