aisa tu nahi hona chahiye , aap sy koi na koi ghalti ho rahi hain may be, aap aik kaam kar ly, dobara assembly karly and use proeper constraints ya jis tarah video main assemble kar raha hain wo video follow kar lo agar phr bhi problem resolve nahi hua then please infrom me ill help you.

Extrude the OD of the cylinder as a surface, wrap the sketch onto the quilt, create a trim feature to cut out the interior, thicken the quilt. Done.

Much better solution, but creo won't let you pattern the trim feature so you have to make 5 trims.
