I am flying Virgin Business class to Bali in July, so the question is DID you have to pay to enter the Premium lounge????

Yes, I paid to enter the Plaza Premium lounge. As I said in the video - Virgin don't provide any international lounge access.

Next time fly with a more reputable air line may I suggest Singapore airlines.they have a far more superior business class and lounges at all airports world wide . Qantas well they are only a low rate company that offer substandard service

Business class you get lounge access and its the crew and how they treat you that makes the differeance you feel more important in Upper class

There's no lounge access for anyone flying Virgin internationally, unfortunately.

for me it would depend on the price difference. Cause would it be cheaper to just buy the meals onboard instead of having it included in the ticket. But then also lounge access would be a big point for business and a more private area.

I may be completely wrong ere but I thought if flying virgin international you could use Singapore lounge as they have partnered.

Perhaps previously, but all international lounge access (even partner lounge access) has been removed now. You could access, for example, the SQ lounge when flying with SQ holding VA status. But not when flying with VA.

Row one gets served before Row two. Guaranteed my choice of food and usually get an extra drink. I’m quite happy to make that trade off as the leg room is still more than adequate.

I think they should offer passengers in business direct access to boarding from the lounge. But I understand the logistical nightmare it could be (especially for people that bought lounge access). But would be awesome if someone pulls that off.

Domestically this would be a nightmare, but internationally some airlines offer this - Emirates, for example, in some airports you can board the plane directly from the lounge. Which is a nice touch.

To be fair it is only a like a 1 hour 30 minute flight and this is domestic business class but still not great compared to other airlines.
