Did a good job! Glad to see another modded 3rd gen in Colorado you give me inspiration for my build. 2000 sr5 5 speed manual no lockers yet I’m sitting on 32s i have a mean front bumper with light bars I want to build my own swing arm like you did however I need to learn how to weld before that happens haha

I've had better luck entering at Columbine Campground in June when it's like this. Far more Southern Exposure until you get up high.

964runner? 4wd obviously your not putting 2 800$ on the front if they don’t do nothing. But has them 2wd fenders. Hmm cheaper.

Have you built other off road trucks before or how did you learn how to do all this shit because I don’t know where to start. Or do you just send it and hope for the best after KZbin vids

I live in Sterling. Yankee Hill was my first trail done in my Jeep in April of 2023. White out conditions at top with 70 plus mph winds, deep snow and ice everywhere. I had to recover myself 3 times from the conditions. If you ever want more company on the trails, let me know.

Nice work man! Did you tub the rear? I’m on 36’s and don’t have too much of an issue up front but the back rubs like crazy

Looks great! I kick myself because I tubbed for 35's. Now I need to tube again for bigger tires to match my 5.29's. Did you adjust caster? Also what gage wire did you use? I kept burning through.
@Littletruckbigworld
@Littletruckbigworld 7 күн бұрын
Oh man, if I could do it again I’d use a different gauge of wire, I used 35mm and could only do like a tack at a time I had the same issue lol

Awesome 3rd gen. ! I have a clean 99 with locking rear diff and 2" lift with 32" Mickey Thompsons, ARB front bumper/winch. It's still a lil too nice to extreme offroad it yet but someday maybe.....Just sub'd to catch all the future trips and tips.👍
