I'm sorry. If you have not been to El Rey, you are not allowed to compare Mexican restaurants in Dripping Springs. Hays City Store is fantastic, but I don't really consider them as located in Drippin'. Trudy's was great when it opened, but it went downhill over time.

Great to hear you teaching and selling young Bill Roegelein ! The lesson to teach is how to save for a down payment while you are renting and the second lesson would be the letter in March ! The letter that arrives in March concerning your lending institution and the escrow account! This is where I see young families have difficulty adjusting to be payment prices. I always share with younger family members to try to buy down the shortage. Why… because two or three shortages over five years can end up pricing someone out right out of their home ! I have seen it happen. Yes get a homestead exemption and protest your taxes ! Especially protest if you have purchased your home for a lower price ! All the forms and procedures do call for a short learning video to prepare a homebuyer on what to expect. I know I wasn’t the best Math teacher Bill, I’m glad you are out there carrying the torch !
