I wonder why You Bet never gets repeated on Challenge TV?. So many old TV quiz and gameshows from the 80s and 90s never get repeated, years ago they did but not now, instead it's crap like the Chase they keep showing over and over.

I didn't know this series was narrated by someone else. I only ever remember Steve Priestley doing the voice over for Movies, Games and Videos. I only watched it from the Granada region when it was shown on a Saturday afternoon (repeated on a Sunday I think), and I believe Granada and a few other regions dropped the show around the mid 90s; I certainly don't remember MGVs being broadcast in my region in 1997. I have seen listings showing that the then newly launched Liverpool One channel were airing MGVs around 96/97, so why Granada stopped showing it is strange. I remember there being a magazine spinoff which only lasted a few editions, and I remember buying the first edition but sadly I no longer have it lol. I've searched online for any old copies of it but can't find anything, not even a photo of the magazine.
