You missed the hardest bit off where you need a ramp to get the egr off do not start taking off unless you have one as there are metal water pipes you cant get access to

Automatic gearbox problem. Constant switching between gears. And got the message “automatic gearbox limited service”. Happens more with these cars.

Hello! is this Fiesta a MK6 model? I have the same problem and I just bought a replacement sensor. Do you think its something easy to do on my own or better to go to a mechanic? I see that the sensor is quite hidden at the back of the motor.

@@manoslagoudakis This is mk6 model… It is not so easy, depends on how handy you are. Need to take off wipers, Egr Valve,… not much working space.

Goh, was de laatste dag voor m’n verlof. Denk toch wel een uurtje of 3, ferm aant vloeken geweest. Demontage en montage. Leidingen met clips gingen slecht los… zaten heel veel vast op o-ring 😅

Limited power and fault code. Fuel pressure fault.

@@TimFordBE Thanks for the quick reply. In my Ford, apart from an oil quality error and EGR, there is nothing else, and the engine starts very hevy and shakes terribly at idle speed, as if all the injectors were not working.

@@totylkojam4027 normally a scanner will recognise faulty injectors. You dont have any fault on the injectors?

The interface does not detect errors related to injectors. There are only errors .P0571, P0490, P253F but the oil was changed recently. In the middle cube of the engine controller, I discovered a bent H3 pin, which was in contact with the G3 pin. Could this have damaged the engine controller?

@@totylkojam4027 the Oil fault can come because of problem with the Egr I think. Did you already changed the Egr Valve?

No, its a small pin to push. Thought the lock must be in stand 1 to push and pull.

I don’t know. Maybe you get acces to the sensor if you take the glass out.

Think ours has gone bad as at about 60mph under load we get a vibration so think its this? This clip my help us to repair so cheers for posting it :) @@TimFordBE
