Merry late Christmas cuz, cuz in law and 2nd cuz! (the list is growing....ha ha) Thanx for the nice video cuz and family. Your video sparked and old memory for me. My mom told me that when she was a kid growing up her father (my grandfather Einar Robertson, the fisherman from Lysekil) didn't have much money so Grandpa used to go out in the woods for his Christmas tree. Most wild trees are kind of spare, so he cut branches from other trees and take those home too. When he got it home, he'd drill holes into the trunk of a spindly tree and poke the branches into those holes to fill it out!! ha ha Clever old cadger, eh?......gotta watch dem Swedes...... @@CarinaMalmstedt Hi cuz! Thanx for your nice reply. I would LOVE to visit Sweden, but......... Well....I have COPD, it's incurable, it's also fatal, and progressive. I am also 79 yrs old and have a lot of other things wearing out on this old body. I am also almost housebound now, but I still have very very much to be thankful for. I have to hire somebody to get my groceries now and it's becoming a chore to even go to my mailbox up on the road. I tell you this not looking for sympathy, but to be honest. I cherish our newfound friendship and cuzzinship of you and your whole family. enough "bad stuff".....take care and yack atchew soon cuz

@@CarinaMalmstedt Yes we were inside the harbor at the northern pier in NW corner. With 2.25 you may have a chance just inside the entrance at the same pier. CMAP says 2.4 meter there. Good Luck ! ;-)

Merry Christmas cuz and cuz-in-law!! You have a way of making me feel like I'm right there with you guys! I saw some pix of Sweden 1967 where overnight you guys went from left hand drive to right hand drive. THAT must have been a mess. I'm used to right hand drive and in my travels I always was apprehensive (scared CRAPLESS actually ha ha) when as a pedestrian I crossed a busy city street that was left hand drive, plus sitting in a taxi front seat where "normally" (to me) the steering wheel SHOULD have been. Maybe it was a good thing that I usually spoke a different language than the driver who almost killed me..the words I threw at him as he drove away!! *&^%*%%*& Take care and thanx for yet another nice video.

Thanks for your nice comment cuz! Well I was born in 1967 so I don't remember anything of that, but my parents have told me that it was not easy going from driving to the left side to the right side. I have been driving in England, where they still have left driving and that is something for the brain. It was not easy. We will see if we will drive in any left driving country with our RV. I wish you a very nice christmas and we hope for some snow, but I think we have to live without that this year as well. Take care and talk to you soon. 🥰

Hi cuz! Oh how Swede it is!! I too got hooked on gormet cheese.....my recent fav is smoked Swiss....yum. I sent my sister some horseradish cheese and she loved it. Maybe you should put a "beware of the dog" sign (your sweet dog might just lick them into giggles). In the verrrrrrry unlikely event that you guys RVed here to Juneau, Alaska.....you guys can park in MY driveway ANYTIME!!......lol Take care cuz and have fun on your trip.

Hi cuz! I enjoyed your nice video. I did a google maps on Konditori Snackan and it was fun to follow your footsteps through that nice looking town. Those Swedish meatballs that Patrik had made me honnnnnnnngree. You guys at Uddevella are almost the exact same latitude as Juneau, Alaska, so our daylight hours are the same. If you take a trip to Lysekil, I sure hope you stop in to say hi to nice guy Lasse Robertson for me (bakery next door to his shop too....ha ha). I think it's called Lasse's Foto, if I'm not mistaken. Hi cuz! Insightful video......Patrik has a great sense of humor too, eh? A tip for getting your feet up..........leave your shoes on........untie the laces and then you don't have to bend over to put them on again later, when you go to the fridge for a snack. Oh and another thing.....both you guys being scandanavian, but sure to keep your hockey sticks....they make great back scratchers. With both a yacht and an rv, you might be called a DOUBLE turtle, taking your home with you (any plans for adding wings to your rv?...ha ha). Thanx for the vi;deo, I needed the cheering up. Hi Cuz! Man, you guys are FIT! It tires my old eyes just WATCHING you guys.....lol. If I may, I'd suggest some bungee chords (rubber ropes) with hooks on both ends to secure your bikes with. Your "puppy buggy" tells me that you have ONE pampered "hairy son". When I was younger, we had a siberian husky who used to LOVE to tow me on ice skates on the frozen lakes and rivers around here in Juneau. I never tried it on skiis. I will have you guys know that I am the absolute WORLD"S best snow skiier!! There are only two things I can not do on skiis.......turn and STOP!!.....lol Needless to say I quit that years ago......or else I would have never made it to 79.......ha ha Take care you guys. thanx for the video
