@Carrion0409 To some extent yeah. But I still think this year has been one of the better ones despite being a $70 update and I'm speaking from more of a competitive perspective and focusing my excitement on the pro league.

3 years 3,000 devs. I wouldn’t hold out hope download xdefiant and start grinding so when bo6 lets you down you already have a good game downloaded. Lmk how the game is after 7 months

yeah, i trust treyarch but so much of their shit has been canned by activision. like could treyarch make the best cod, i dont really doubt it but seems like they keep dropping the ball by activisions command. ive seen posts saying treyarch wanted the pick 10 system but were told no, because cod 2025 will have pick 10.like you are making the devs go against the community and their own desires for the idea of never making a definitivly good cod again. RIP COD

@diegocastillo1987 I've been playing xdefiant since the play test last year and it is a good game but has a lot of problems from a competitive standpoint. I belive they will get there but when it comes to comp cod we have a good idea what we are going to get.

Bronze tier along with bugs is tough...I feel like after getting out of bronze and once they fix up more issues, it'll be a much better experience! At least that's what I'm hoping for haha 🤣 10/10 vid!

Booting mid game isn’t exclusive to pc as I play Xbox. Idk if it’s correlated to tdm but that’s all I was playing. One of the most annoying part for me is the libertad just not working but once. I decided to grind the character camos and ended up using it once at the beginning of the match and completely forgetting that I could use it into the next match until I see someone else use theirs. Highly frustrating.

The Cleaners Fire bomb only seems to work half of the time. Highly annoying when you run into a sweet occupy spot to press the button only for nothing to happen and the you die lol.

As CoD Player, i see this game as the closses gun play feels to the older title (which in my opinion is great). But thats all since i havent play it by my self since i dont receive the playtest invitation. But hopping it will turn out great on release. Just hopping Ubisoft not ruining this one (again)

I've seen that this issues seems to be 50-50 throughout the community, I personally didn't have a problem but I'm not sure if that was due to my setup being optimal for a stable connection.

I have had time to think about the current state of cod and xdefiant.... Do I think this will be a "cod killer".... no but the thing is cod is in such a bad situation right now for sales that being said, a cod kill wont be the end of cod. Its the death by a thousand cuts. for example apex was the "cod killer" it did not kill cod but took players away from cod. so did the finals, and non fps games such as pal-world for the people that are getting tired of fps games, xdefiant will do just as much and take even more players away from cod. it will not be 1 game that kills call of duty but all these different fps games that will add up to a % loss

I actually kind of liked Ghosts when it came out. Compared to what cod has done now I felt Ghosts was able to do something creative like with the perk system while also still feeling like cod.

Yeah no, this is a game designed to be an arcade shooter that caters hard to casuals. If you want to get into a competitive shooter, go play Counter-Strike, valorant or overwatch.

Thanks for this video man. I used to play competitively back in the BO2/Ghosts days so this video was an ideal refresher! I’m quite surprised to hear that snipers are only allowed in SnD and only one player can use them, is that because it would be too overpowered and campy? I’ve always loved the using an overkill class with a sniper thought it added so much strategy and excitement to the game. Is there anything like UMG or MLG gamebattles? That use to be a great way for those that aren’t professionals to enter tournaments. There has to be something similar around surely?

I believe that there is an EU challengers league, but I myself am NA and the CDL itself is NA.

Tbh I sometimes have a hard time finding those myself. But for the most part you can come across that stuff on Twitter, certain pros will sometimes stream wagers and accounts like breaking point will sometimes announce tournaments.

I’ve always liked competitive cod I play rank solo on there mostly and watch the cdl I compete in fortnite tournaments cause their easier to play since they’re hosted online but id like to try challengers sometime do you know how to join or make a challengers team or is there more to being in challengers
