This has to be properly assessed! Tension in the neck muscles can causes headaches and neck pain. So we need to release the tension in neck region .

Can try , but generally sitting increases symptoms! Can try, if it’s comfortable can continue , I used to recommend to go for walk or swim which has less impact to lower back!

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles surrounding your pelvis, connecting the pubic bone in front to the tailbone at the back. It helps support your organs and control bladder and bowel movements. When these muscles become too tight or weak they can cause several issues that can significantly impact your overall quality of life. There can be several reasons for tight and weak pelvic floor muscles. Some common factors include: 🔹 Age: As we age, our muscles tend to weaken, including the pelvic floor muscles. 🔹 Pregnancy and childbirth: The pelvic floor muscles can become stretched and weakened during pregnancy and childbirth, leading to tightness or weakness. 🔹 Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS): IBS is a chronic condition that affects your large intestine, causing abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, and/or diarrhea. It is believed to be caused by an imbalance in your gut bacteria, causing an overactivity of the muscles in the pelvic floor. This can result in increased tension and tightness in these muscles, which can cause the symptoms associated with tight pelvic floor muscles. 🔹 Endometriosis: Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue that resembles the endometrium (the tissue that lines your uterus) grows outside the uterus. Endometriosis can cause severe pain and inflammation in the pelvic area, which can lead to tightness in the pelvic floor muscles due to increased pressure on the nerves. 🔹 Long during of Stress and anxiety also can lead to tight pelvic floor & later it turns to weak & tight pelvic Floor 😮 🔹 Hormonal changes: Hormonal fluctuations, such as during menopause, can contribute to pelvic floor muscle weakness. 🔹 Chronic constipation: Straining during bowel movements can put excessive pressure on the pelvic floor muscles, leading to weakness or tightness. 🔹 Obesity: Excess weight can put stress on the pelvic floor muscles, causing them to weaken over time. 🔹Chronic coughing or sneezing: Frequent coughing or sneezing can strain the pelvic floor muscles, leading to weakness or tightness. #pelvicfloorweakness #pelvic #physio
