I'm a little fuzzy on that as well, but I'm thinking that it is what is inside the Resin Tube and it's probably bored out so that the threaded rod enters the Resin anchor and enters the bored our internal threaded Anchor that is inserted into the Resin Capsule to expand inside the drilled out to achieve an absolutely secured fit in the drill hole... That piece is referred to an internal threaded anchor and as the outside does not appear to be Threaded. I assume the internal threaded anchor must be threaded internally to allow the threaded Rod to screw into tnto the Threaded anchor...

Vivek, thanks a lot for the question. The torque value of a mechanical anchor is calculated by the manufacturer to achieve the adequate expansion of clips which in turn creates friction on the concrete. The right torque is very important to achieve the right load values and is unique to the manufacturer and model of the anchor. For chemical anchors, there is no torque required in general though there is a maximum limit of torque that must be followed so as to not break the bond.
