Watching you reminds me of the conflict I have between working center lines and returning to cardinal directions. Not sure if I need to compartmentalize or unify things. Goda, you have done this 30, 40 years now.?.?.?.. Rock on.

This is what this Baguazhang move is supposed to look like, I freestyled this today but I can honestly say I've never practiced this move as a move so I don't know why it has a name at all its not a trigram kzbin.info/www/bejne/nnarfWiufNOagZYsi=j841JaWgYR1PEQSH&t=139

Crazy the power generated from relaxing and whole body movement, and that performing the movement smoothly and slowly allows you to understand how to release it

It's a combination of active step footwork and relaxed arm movement that's challenging and fun to learn and practice.

Excellent! Because of these saber videos I've started practising these short loops of movements with a stick of bamboo, and also empty hand as you suggest. It has a great flow to it.
