Hi, just wondering if you could help with what might be a common problem with an easy fix. When I go to put the bobbin in and thread it for embroidery, my thread keeps falling out of the little fork underneath, as I am putting it into the embroidery clip. Is that a bob intention issue? Is there a fix that I could do myself?
@MrChrisbtreat26 күн бұрын
@donnadyer7410 make sure when you pull the thread in the first , then pull it back to get into the embroidery clip

Is this due to a bad capacitor on the power board? Or is there a memory battery that looses charge, and needs to be charged back up? I have seen this with nv ram and cmos batteries on computer mother boards. If computer is not used for quite sometime the battery on the mother board can drain.

Christopher was able to correctly diagnose the problem with our B740 (failing CPU board) from just a brief description. Very impressive, and clearly based on vast experience and skills. I'd warmly recommend Christofer for any repairs or service on Bernina machines, I'm sure you'd be in safe hands.

@craftynurs3434 used Bernina machines are great, you just want to make sure it'd been serviced and your buying with a dealer close to you that can help you if you have issues. The 830 takes a lot to learn
