The Neptune four is a mess. You have to update the software take apart. The screen update the hardware inside of that just before you can make anything happen not including all the glitches. This is 2020 for these machines should update automatically by the Internet, not by taking it to a computer and changing code, especially with the USB they give you which should already have stuff preloaded onto it that doesn’t even work lol
