The trailer should be 6ft max from the counterweight. Scoop, Boom up. Rotate. Wide open dump on all first and second dumps per section. Great bucket. Just a few tweaks.

dont really see the speed. It would be useful in a tight area where you couldnt get an actual loader in. but, like a CAT 966 wheel loader, with someone who knows what their doing, would fill this truck up faster then this. hands down. a bigger hoe itself would be better and that bucket/box would need to be bigger in order for it to actually make this "faster"

Nothing is cheaper to run than an excavator. That's about $160K plus bucket new...loader that size is double that. Less fuel, less tires, less wear, less money...and honestly this is faster.

this is for alchohol production...oh...i tought if it was for feedint it wont be good...but this way is fine...and you should get those augers, moveable augers and just place them where you need them and with this excavator just push the grain in the auger, much faster...

There's actually a tarp over it, the tarp is white so it looks like the whole pile is covered in snow. Very little snow gets in the corn, it's hauled straight to an ethanol plant and if there is a little excess moisture it won't be a problem

I like the notion of it - but it seems to be slower to unload from the bottom as opposed to just tilting the bucket like normal.

New Hampton, Iowa. Can load a semi in 3.5 mins on average. I figure by the time they pull in/back out ect. is about 5 mins per semi which is 12/hour which is around 10,000 BPH give or take (if they can keep up with trucks)

you must not know the price on hytran fluid, for how expensive that stuff is I can guarantee there is none leaking into the corn. The little bit that is being spilled over the sides of the buck is nothing compared to the job a conveyor, auger or end loader setup would do.

That's installing drainage tile. The plastic pipe is perforated witch draws the water out of the soil into the pipe to drain it from the ground. There is a networks of pipe underground which are your laterals and mains, the mains get all the water from the laterals and dump it into a ditch, river/stream, ect.
