Wait so the eyes dont have led built in? Sad potato. I just got this as a gift and was able to make it to step 11 before calling it a night before work tomorrow. Started a video to see the end result and am dissapointed at the eyes, but very excited for the end result. It is still very cool regardless. I accidentally broke the screw for the final (blade) tip on one of the 8 legs, and was wondering if there are any extra included in your kit. Or if i should order more from their website

Hi! The eyes have LED built in. They are very bright and change color automatically. Screwing the led casing 90° switches them on (take a look in the manual)

Looks very good all put together, I do have a question though. Are the legs supposed to be super loose? I cant get them any tighter.

hey @Darklurkerr thank you for watching my videos, when you put the legs together because they will get loose ,at the very end make sure the legs screws are visible so you can make them tighter ,like try to have easy access to them so you can turn that screw again hope this helps

The 2 light strip you connect them at the middle and then the adapter goes at the very end ,thats how i did it ,connected them at middle (the strip lights ) and then the end that was on the light strip i did connect the adapter on it and it works

Hey @harjotdehal2171 glad to help ! You can connect them both into one full strip of lights and use only one adapter as i did on my 2x lights ,connected them together merge everything together and used/still using only one adapter ,it can withstand both led strip lights connected together ! hope this helps !

Hi thank you for the video! I think you’re the only one that’s posted these lights. Did you screw into your ceiling or just use the adhesive to hold the lights up? They’re a bit heavy

Hey @ping141 , Thank you for watching my videos and your kind words! to be honest at first i did glue them with the adhesive that they come with ,but the heat that goes up in the ceiling made them unstick so i reinforce them with screws and they are heavy so best option is glue them and screws ! hope this helps !

i had solid support behind the screws (wood) so i did not need the wall anchors ,the screws caught solid support ,in case you do not have solid support then you use the anchors

Hey @Banana69999 , Thank you for watching my videos ,and you can put them on the ceiling corners and if you back them up with more double sided tape on both sides they will not fall off,even with the adhesive the have wont fell off unless you got some heat going on in the place you want to put them ,hope this helps

Hey jeffreyjie3091, Did little improv with the diffusers ,turned them ,cuted them little bit and fit in eachothers that how you get the angles not to show the light strip and cover it at same time ,you have to play little bit with the corner pieces according to your wall/angle needs

This is amazing! So basically you just put the govee diffuser lights on top of your baseboard? Brilliant. I was thinking if I should make a dado joint or something on my baseboard then put in the lights.

Here in the UK 🇬🇧, this speaker can be purchased for £112.01 Inc delivery!! So, I took the plunge as it's a sizable discount! 🥳🥳 Generally, reviews have been favourable too...didn't want an overly bass heavy sound signature, as I can always EQ things as I do with my Minirigs👍🏽🎶 I already own a Minirig3 1.1 set-up and a few Libratone Zipp2's and wanted something more powerful....and yes, I looked at stuff by JBL, Harmon, Brane etc but seeing this speaker with its features and the discount, I bit the bullet....we'll see if it hits sweet spot🤞🏽 Thanks again for the helpful content👍🏽👍🏽🙏😃 One thing I can't see is signs of an XP rating????🤔 If anyone elaborate, that would be great 👍🏽

Hey ricodeleon3732, you have to position them on correct spots and plus you have to play little bit on the govee app till you find the right spot and the right numbers for the dream view ,it took less than 10 min to find those right numbers for the spot i have them and all worked out nicely ! P.S. my setup was just for showcase ,they are on new spot right now Hope this helps and thank you for watching

These are just the normal RGBIC leds that Govee sells for £40, i what a difference using the M1 strip lights would make using them in a channel set up like this? Anyone have any info on the difference between the two leds which would look better ? I like these but you can easily buy channels online and I just wanna get the best look for my money. Is it worth spending more for the M1 and cut my own channels to size etc thx 🙏🏻

both strip lights m1 and these strip lights comes with 60 led s per m ! so it wont make any difference if you buy m1 or these strip lights separate,it will make difference onj the price i guess if you buy separate channel diffusers and these channel diffisures that comes in a box with these led strip lights Hope this it helps

Hi, Please could you explain how did you fitted the lights with the 90 degree angle from the skirting/base boards and then up the wall? The LED strips along the floor are facing forwards so did you have to twist the LED strip to get it up the wall

hey chrisdavies3394,thank you for watching ,i did a little twist inside the channel diffusers on the angles and i did flip the top cover into inside corners and outsides corners and i precut the channel diffusers to fit the length of the corners hope this helps

the difference between this light and m1 led"s is that these lights come with their own cover/diffusers and give them sleek and modern look , so you don not need to purchase them separate ! hope this helps

hey Daehawk , the length of these lights from one box is 16.4 ft, now you wont get the exact length when you set them up with covers since you gonna have some leftovers since the strip it self is 16.4 ft and the covers are exceeding that length hope this helps and thank you for your time watching my video !
