@@reesecarter5357 single axle. I haven't weighed it yet but it does good. I need to make a video of it now. Lots more loaded in it. My trailer is probably at the limit. Takes a 3/4 ton to tow it effectively. My 2 half tons will pull it but never go into 6th gear except on down hills.

Hello, thank you for posting your video on this unit. I have a 2014 Jeep JK, still running stock unit. I saw the unit on Amazon today and placed in my cart, currently there out of stock until next week " Dec 4th" So since you had it, what is your opinion now? When you mentioned Kodi and the other, I was like, There's my sign!, I too have that running at home, by the way there's new update out for 18.5, if you didn't know, loaded and works great. Look forward to our response, as well as look forward to buying this next week once it's available.

Kodi is the past in my opinion. Terrarium and tea tv is all I use. At home I have a istv box that a team keep updated for their customers. I love the radio still but my bluetooth hasn't worked out of the box. Already had it installed before I noticed and figured wasn't worth it to me to pull it and send it back.

Yes it tethers from your hotspot and download your email app.

@@fesco2205 I bought the aswc-1 adapter and the Metra 70-8114 harness for the steering wheel controls. Came out perfect. Seeing as how the head unit comes with 2 USB inputs I just abandoned the original USB and aux. Figured if I ever really want aux I'll just get a bluetooth transmitter. This unit is the shit though that's for sure.

It's neither. It's native Android on a head unit.

I get why mirroring isnt really needed. But can i still accept a phone call on my phone through the stereo? What I'm saying is obviously you're not pulling the SIM card out of your phone and sticking it into the stereo everytime you get in the car but can i still accept phone calls.

I've been looking at these types of radios for several years now but I have avoided them because I can't get a straight forward answer about hooking it to an amplifier. They have RCA outputs but those apparently have power on them but then people say you can hook it to an amp so then I get confused.

Just wanted to say that this is the name brand actually, the Japanese knockoff is called "Eonon". And for the $50 difference between the two, just go ahead and get the name brand. There are a lot of issues reported with the off-brand such as shorts and software glitches.

Grant Herrman when I said off brand I meant not "sony" "pioneer" or any other brand sold in stores. It may be a know brand to some but it's not a big media name. Not to say it isn't just as good. I love it so far.
