You have to aim lower, the grenade launchers are automatically zeroed a lot father then normal. You can see the impacts hitting above

Tarkov wiki, play PvE, make it offline so you don’t actually lose your stuff. If not, play as a scav and learn to quickly identify actual PMCs vs AI. Fence buys anything no one will, therapist buys most things for the most.
