No one cares that much about interior. Yes it’s clean and fresh, good detail work for a race boat. What about the deck and rigging? Hull condition? Motor? Cockpit Instruments and controls? What a useless tour you gave.

That’s what sharks do I’m afraid. It’s called nature. And then the birds clean up after them. It’s a beautiful thing. Are you fishing? You kill the fish you eat. Humans are the most prevalent apex predator on land. In the ocean it’s Orcas then sharks.

Looks like a shortfin mako shark but still really cool! You don't see mako attacks on seals very often! They mostly eat pelagic fish like tuna, marlin, and swordfish.

@@cwilson7458 Hi, I can understand the confusion, since great whites and makos are both mackerel sharks. However, the shark seen at 0:31 is definitely a shortfin mako. You can pause the video there and compare it to a Google image search of shortfin makos.

Just a fun fact: humans have successfully trained dolphins to kill sharks but they 100% would not go after Bull, Tiger, Makos and Great Whites. I have no idea what the reasoning is but I would think the same would be true of seals.

Don't need to imagine it. Was swimming about 150m back to an island's shore from a dive boat, across a deep channel between the reef and the shorline. I was perfectly comfortable swimming in deep water and not seeing the bottom, a blue-out in every direction except above the surface. It's actually very pretty. But then a chill hit me, can't even describe it, I just knew something was looking at me as food. I kept my swimming calm but inside I was freaking out, wishing I was closer to the shore. Below me I could gradually begin see the top of coral bommies from the fringing reef as the bottom came into view and then, cruising up the side of it was a 3 meter (almost 10 foot) tiger shark. It turned away and went back out into the channel while I watched it. Closest it came was about 20 meters (65 feet) away and I'll never forget that feeling when somehow I knew it was there before I saw it. I grew up doing the kid's version of surf life saving where we used to swim out well past where you couldn't see the bottom any more, along the beach, then back in through the waves for our swimming races and rescue exercises so normally it would never worry me.
