how can I buy the parts for lj4050n?

is it the same as lj4250n? & where can I buy it?

I am facing an issue in my Printer(HP laserjet 1300). The problem is the blinking of an orange light. But when i Out and in the cartridge several times. The printer got ready for print. But after some hours the same problem appears. What should i do?

QUESTION PLEASE - I have a HP laser Jet 1300n printer and need help with right side (white plastic levers and spring assembly configuration) which works the catridge door to insert toner). I cannot find pictures or diagrams on this. Any advice is greatly appreciated ..... thank you. :)

Nice video. Easy to follow. One problem; that is the removal of the connectors. Of the 3 connectors from the fuser, the smaller one was a problem. The whole thing (housing and plug) came out together, leaving 3 pins protruding. Then separating the housing from the plug was very difficult. In placing the housing back in place the outboard pin broke off. So, I suppose I'll have to trash the printer. Maybe I'll make one last ditch effort by removing the motherboard & try to solder the pin in place - likely won't work. Haven't been able to remove the small connector at 9 O'clock, which is necessary to remove the motherboard. Any ideas?

That was great, thank you for posting. My HP 1200 has just developed the black band problem down the left side so I bought a new toner but that didn't solve the problem. I have also found some of the pieces of "paper" like material you spoke of. I have had this printer since 2001, it has printed almost 139,000 sheets so I think it's probably uneconomical to repair. The cheapest fuser unit I can find is on Ebay for £65 so I will probably put that to a new printer, I couldn't tackle the job myself anyway. Thanks again!

My mirrors where pretty clean, nevertheless I tried to clean them what didnt work... When I turned on with open cover I was wondering what makes the lamp stop when it moves during warmup... At downside of the cover, right from the glass there is a black/white/black area where the lamp is parking. But the white part was not anymore very white, so I put a white paper there (with tixo :) and the next try was successfull, no more error 6 !!! My scanner is working fine again. yippieh

Thanks for these videos. This model of printer is a power house but unfortunately the fusers go after heavy use. My printer is putting black lines horizontally across the page, do you think replacing the fuser will fix that? Toner has already been swapped.
