The LSU football program and fanbase deserve much better than Brian Kelly. All you will get with Brian Kelly is excuses and finger pointing. I think Brian Kelly is one of the few coaches whose teams get worse during their bye week. This happened several times while he was at ND. In 2019 ND got trounced by Michigan 45-7 after a bye week when they should have been rested and prepared. Unfortunately, LSU will be stuck with being just good but not great as long as Brian Kelly is coach, but LSU has become accustomed to greatness on the field so something has to give.
