Drummond is the perfect example of why NEW acting talent is so important. New actors can bring exciting and original elements to a character BECAUSE they are still learning and not set in their ways. No one will ever voice a character like Drummond voiced Vegeta because he was breaking new ground for himself

🐐 He had the most iconic bad ass one liners. “Bring it On” “Well that tub of lard was a good warmup” “I’m not afraid of dreams” “I know the odds are against me but if there’s a way to win I’m gonna find it” every body on the Ocean team just had incredible vocals.

The ocean dub sounded polished and incredibly professional. Funimation dub sounded like regular guys almost but obviously grew up on both so love both. I can’t go back and rewatch ocean dub android or buu saga. The quality of the ocean dub up to the namek saga is pure gold.

As much as I loved Chris Ayres' Frieza.. Linda Young's voice was my childhood villain. im 35 years old now and i still remember the first time i heard her laugh as Frieza.. was like oooh its on..

I have to say, as much as I respect Chris Sabat's work on Vegeta, I'll always enjoy Brian's a little more because he had more of an insidious... hiss to his voice, which I felt suited him better.
