My Lexus dealer service and parts department has no knowledge of this dashcam and denies that Lexus makes one. Can you clarify if this is after market or is this a misrepresentation? Can my dealer be wrong?

Lexus of Royal Oak Thank you , most customers will prefer this installed straight from the factory. If these accesories needs to be installed later then there’s a lot of trim removing and it increases the risk of damaging trims and clips. Not something customers would prefer on a pricey car. Tesla has done it, so why can’t others do
