Hi - I’ll give it an honest try! With light day packs (2-5lbs) it’s a moderate effort 5/10. With larger packs (15-30lbs) it would be a little more challenging for balance sake 7/10. Hope this is helpful!

Luke! Incredible race once again! I finally got a chance to watch this and I’m truly inspired. Amazing music, narration, flowers, stunning scenery, smiles, shoutouts, athleticism and your thanks to the Lord. Love it all 💜. How often do you get breaks and for how long? Love that acoustic music at the beginning. Go give Dean Karmazes a run for his money!

Thanks for the feedback! It differs for each racer, but the running is continuous and there's aid stations to fuel up and change gear throughout the race. Haha will do 😂
