I’m in my third year of college now, but I still look back fondly on my time in 1st and 2nd grade at Sangamon with Mr. Cabutti- I remember sitting on the plastic rocks watching him and the other kids playing football, the “bird in the speaker” in the lunchroom (aka microphone feedback), and the one time I won a raffle to be principal with him for half a day… he truly was the best principal ever and I was sad to hear he was retiring a few years ago (and now Sangamon as I knew it is gone as well) but I’m sure he knows he created so many happy memories for all his students throughout the years❤️

My grandpa was born and raised in Chicago. He would get up at 4 in the morning to feed their Octopus/gravity coal furnace on cold days- this was the late 1920s.... not nearly as modern as the system you showcased! Ha!

Major mistake in this logic. You’re not taking into account the fact that buyers aren’t necessarily seeking out solar power and “willing to pay more for it”. Sellers ask more for their homes on the market and are getting it… that’s the point. As a buyer you’re purchasing a home with significant long term savings as well, a win win at that.

I too have more than just concerns. After 19 years I need to work with you. I have dealt with this from realtors, attorneys, mortgage reps, would be clients, and prior employers to the degree that became so toxic I need support to fight against the status quo in a real way. I will be in touch!

This home didn't have a good flow the dishwasher why is it next to the stove ? That's weird and the master bedroom is odd as well where are they going to put their tv in that room ? In front of the closet? Or they have to put their bed in front of the window so they can have that wall to put their tv that's not so good . I know it's a low income program but people still have to live there for years it's a investment so it should flow a little better than this.

I'm trying to help my friend sell his home, but he just purchased a $52000 system, which will net him a loss of 25k when he sells his home. Im hearing most appraisers don't give any value to solar. Quite a tricky situation.

Cool but also inefficient, for what a new condensing boiler costs (that is 100% efficient if used properly) doesn't make sense to keep it running. The cost of a new boiler pays itself in a year of saving gas.
