I bought this unit as a replacement unit. The hose was set up to go out a round hole in the wall but this one is not round. Any suggestions as to how I can update either the hole or the connector?

Why did'nt you make it with ambiance light coming out the top? Seems poorly designed when the others have it, except they only have white lights downwards..

Thanks, ours just came in and I’m setting it up as an emergency a/c to run on generator. I can’t find any good video on draining the system. With our humidity I’m sure it will need to be manually drained. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
