If there was anything I would switch on the video if I was comparing it to the original, it would be altering the brightness a bit, I remember Sid thinking about the star field, regarding the use of light, which lead to a montage of stars and a spectrum of colours surrounded by the blackness of space. Nothing like the expanse of colour that was put on the titles for Colin Baker, but it looks a bit too dark.

Always love Howell remixed, definitely my favourite version of the Doctor Who theme. Great rendition!! As a request, and you can shoot me down in flame, god only know how long it takes, but would it be possible to hear your drums overlayed on the original Howell theme, if not completely fair. Great video once again.

I had a feeling I'd see you post the TV remix. Do you think you'll attempt to blend the Radio & TV mixes together? There are aspects I like of both, I love the organ inclusion in the TV mix but I also like the volume of the guitar and drums in the Radio mix

First Doctor Who theme variation I heard when watching an episode in NYC on PBS in 1986 (or was it '87?), my first time watching _any_ Doctor Who episode (being a Trek fan). Then weeks later I heard the '70s version, while watching an episode with Tom Baker as the Doctor.

Same here - first showing of the Leisure Hive on PBS in Chicago (Sunday nights at 11pm). Not exactly sure when, but summer of '81 is my best guess. After they ran season 18, they circled back to the Key to Time.

I was present for the matinee performance of the proms. Even BBC sounds doesn't do it justice. The sound when you are there is phenomenal. You don't just hear the music, you feel it.

It feels like a more complete version of 11th theme, the horn opening now finishing it's transition at :42 feels so satisfying can't believe they hadn't done that before. It adds 15 jazz. Hope this becomes the theme in S2
