I'm so old-school I would have to completely remodel it. All gloss white raised panel doors in the kitchen, no bronze hardware or fixtures throughout the house no floating vanity cabinets.

A million dollar house and the water heaters are installed wrong . 2018 the code change because piping water heaters like that can cause bacteria in the water and kills the life of the water heater. Plus it looks like a handyman special install . For that the amount of money why not a tankless heater . The pipe work looks like someone coming out of a trade school. Learning plumbing . No disrespect but a million dollars.. smh
