I ate only fruit and veg to “ancient grains” and just drank spring water has worked for me better than toothpaste to HFCS and candy.

I’m satisfied eating under FDA to sugar and avoiding HFCS and no brushing is ok for some. Jainist “no eating from sunset to sunrise” is an intermittent fast practice many people still use. Arabs and Jews still do one meal at night when fasting. Also good.

great sir. I was just curious how to compare rapamycin with the combination of Dasatinib and Quercetin for antiaging effects?

Thank you for this invaluable podcast. Listening to dr Green is precious.. One question .. Us there a blood test one can do to check before and after starting RAPAMYCIN? This way one can deduce if higher or lower dosage could be determined with confidence. Also for ppl that are over 50 does Dr Green suggest once a week 6mg? Because everything after 50 starts declining especially cognitive and brain degenerative issues and cardiac issues etc. would be grateful for a response. One suggestion .. Is it possible to arrange a better higher quality audio system for dr green so his audio would be clearer pls kindly... there seems to be a booming effect with his audio which could be fixed with a better mic maybe. one has to strain to understand some of what he is sharing.. Thank you SO much for this video with dr Green especially talking about RAPAMYCIN. Would be nice if we could also understand metformin and the combined effects dosing etc Thanks again

Sino-American war is no longer a hypothesis, but our major concern is focusing on when it would break out. According to war games which an American think tank conducted, China would fail to conquer Taiwan, but the United States and Japan would suffer unbearable damages. Therefore, we have to step up our efforts to avert Sino-American war.

This book was very poorly written and extremely woke. USS Michelle Obama? The end was confusing and unsatisfying.

23andMe's raw data is virtually worthless as of the summer of 2017 when the company switched to a new chipset. Ancestry's raw data is far more robust and the test is only $59.

This book is amazing. I enjoy the material Oprah covers, always have. While reading this book, I realized that I'm the teacher from St A's on page 38. that worked with the young black boys in the class. I went through Bruce Perry's training at St A. I have used this understanding for over 14 years in the classroom. I even did a talk on it a few years back for Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Schools. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHmlXoulhc98jLM

You mentioned a website your team is setting up in which MRIs can be sent and interpreted that you'd be sending over in the show notes - would it be possible for you to post that link above? Thank you very much, this is very exciting.

You should've asked him why he hasn't done any of the gene therapies he speaks of, on himself? He looks old. Is he worried about safety?

interesting - that makes sense that's it's a predictor for other diseases. i should have it checked as i'm 56 and have light hi blood pressure (well controlled by 2.5mg lisinopril) and protein in my urine which points to possible kidney issues.

when the amalgam is cut and drilled out, it does release mercury.

Maybe amalgam fillings are not the best - always ask for composite even if it's more expensive and lasts less.
