It's amazing a Democrat wants term limits for the supreme Court why because it's going to be decades before the supreme Court goes back liberal. No this bill will not see the light of day. Now if you want to put supreme Court Justice for the people here's what you do put term limits on Congress no more than three terms. And no benefits after you serve. Then only two terms for the Senate then you set out one term if you want to return to the Senate. This way there's no deep state no political injustice by a bunch of rogue Republicans rhinos and liberal idiotic Democrats. I'm all for term limits just on the Senate and Congress

Just want to say that I think the "old Chinese proverb" about cats catching mice is actually a quote from Deng Xiaoping where he was responding to critics from within the Communist Party who said he was taking "the capitalist road to socialism" He was a very quotable dude.

Repealing section 230 will be a good way to clean up the trash of the internet. If you've ever seen anything on the internet and asked yourself "How in the Hell is this even legal?" 99 percent of the time the answer is section 230. Just look up Herrick VS Grindr if you want to see just how atrocious section 230 is. There are websites like ripoff report that basically act as extortion websites. They let anyone anonymous post defamatory content about anyone and then they will charge victims to have the defamatory content removed. Also, section 230 is the reason why cyberstalking, doxxing, and harassment websites like Kiwi Farms exist, a website that has literally cyberbullied people into suicide. Section 230 is an abomination, the idea that it would kill the internet is preposterous. The internet existed before 1996 and it will exist afterwards. It may kill social media, but good fucking riddance. Social media has become a superspreader of misinformation. The January 6th insurrection was organized on Facebook and Facebook faced zero consequences thanks to section 230. The internet needs some fucking oversight. The Wild West days of big tech being able to get away with absolutely everything needs to come to an end.

One other comment: A person you have not met on the channel is Claire Green, who is an outstanding debater for MSU and does a lot of the research for the LD videos. It's my (Brett) fault for not introducing her, as she doesn't appear on camera, but she deserves a ton of credit for the high quality research and content.

Hey everybody, two related things. First, we know LD has been on the backburner this year. And second, meet Ben Harvey, a freshman at MSU and very good former LD debater. Starting next year, Ben is going to be heading up the LD side of the channel to free the rest of us up to get content out faster and better. So we thought it would be good for everybody to meet him. And now you've met him.
