The warriors take is nasty work. Klay is ass. Notice every time someone mentions klay it’s never what he did recently, it’s always what he did before 2019. The lakers made no changes roster wise and have a rookie coach but they are definitely above the warriors 🤔. This take is wild

I can see what you’re saying - but we both know JJ Reddick was hired to develop the younger talent moreso than anything. That team will run through LeBron (as always). But the Lakers are deep, and they have two top 10 level players to push them over the top. I trust that more than what the Warriors currently have. Golden State is very one dimensional - despite the free flowing offense. And that limits their upside. Now injuries will happen, and Golden State will probably make the playoffs, but assuming 100% health around the league - I like (at least) 8 teams more.

That’s tough, but I’ll have to give you the boring answer. I’d stick with Goff b/c he’s still a top 12 QB on the year - and if anything happens to Stroud, you at least know you’re getting 15-20 pts/wk from Goff. Plus, who knows what happens with the QB position there in PIT. It SHOULD be Fields with the way he’s playing, but if they lose again - do they go back to Russ?

Lol @ greatest of all time. Dirk kicked his ass even when after teaming up with 2 hall of famers. Only seen as greatest by fans who never witnessed the greatest. Lebron was one of the greats but Kevin Durant smoked him 2 years straight in the finals, and Lebron can’t get mad because he won a chip against Durant when he was on superteam as well.
@TheAnomalyPodcast
@TheAnomalyPodcast 18 күн бұрын
There’s a lot of missing context there. But that’s why I said “might be.” It’s also far from unreasonable to say he has an argument. That’s all I’m getting at. Gotta capitalize when you have one of the greatest!

@yahkeem1597 18 күн бұрын
@@TheAnomalyPodcast The argument is only presented by those who don’t understand the greatness of the past and are only caught up in today’s media hype. Lebron (klutch) literally has media members on payroll. It’s honestly a shame that we celebrate his “accomplishments” as if they were organic and unmanufactured. When the real greats played, Duncan, KG, Dirk, even Dwight, they humbled him. He beats a young Durant an old Duncan and an unfinished Warriors team and he somehow gets anointed as the greatest to ever play the game? Oh i forgot to mention the Disney World collectors ring he won during the C19 vacation. Nah breh, there’s a few players in the league that did more with less and their legacy gets diminished when those who cheated the game gets their history revised.

I’m guessing you’re either joking, or just don’t want to acknowledge ONE of the greatest talents we’ve ever seen. I get it, you hate LeBron. But to say he’s not in that conversation is just idiocracy at its finest. He’s done everything this beautiful sports has to offer, and then some. Now, If he’s not #1 on your list - that’s completely fine. But I’m going to recommend to you - at the bare minimum, take in these last couple of years from him. He’s one of the greatest to ever grace the sport

@@TheAnomalyPodcast The east was trash when he went to on his run with his super teams. If you watched the NBA before his Miami Heat days, that’s the real Lebron in a competitive setting. I grew up watching Jordan so I’m not in awe of what Lebron is doing. He’s not particularly skilled at anything outside of passing. His size and athleticism has carried him, but when matched up against same caliber players ie Durant in GS, he doesn’t become mythical like a lot of y’all portray him to be. Once again, Lebron pays people in the media to hype him up and diminish others because they expect you to look the other way. Sorry, I won’t.

The Geno disrespect is crazy, what is it ? You don't think he can process a defense? He can't set his protection at the line of scrimmage? His arm can't make big throws or accurate for tight windows? If he stays healthy he will easily be a top 10 QB. And all this talent on the DL and secondary and they're just going to be 6-8 win team. That's crazy
@TheAnomalyPodcast
@TheAnomalyPodcast Ай бұрын
As far as my statement, all I said was that I was a little worried about Geno. Just about a month ago, I ranked Geno as a top 20 QB - so I respect him. But at the end of the day, they have a league-average quarterback, a very difficult schedule with 11 games against playoff-caliber teams, and a first-year coach-which often need a year to win at a high level. Talented team, and I believe 7-9 wins would be a successful season. Do you believe they will make the playoffs?
@Dylann121
@Dylann121 Ай бұрын
@@TheAnomalyPodcast I strongly believe that the team was held back by coaching, they were a league worst defense last year and still managed to just miss the playoffs. You can bring up 1st time head coaching but should also look at the path taken by the coach. MacDonald has a track record of where he goes he improves the organization, at Michigan he more so learned under Jim H. But when he went to Baltimore he's the one that took a bottom defense to the arguably best defense. Compare to a guy like Nathaniel Hacket who was a coordinator at GB with Aron Rodgers. I think SF is at the end of their window and they have too much money in aging players and lacking draft depth.

Go and watch Jaylen Browns 23/24 postseason mixtape and tell me again he´d be no. 4. At no stage we have Butler or Durant seen defending half as good as that, in Lebrons case it was a decade ago. @@TheAnomalyPodcast That‘s a very respectable answer. Thank you very much! In the end it’s a matter of opinion and we can’t know what’s gonna happen. From my point of view we tend to overly consider what the greats of the game did in the past and we tend to overlook what they did last week and the week before. Of course Jaylen Brown is far from the overall resumee of KD or Lebron, but when I look at what he did last week and the week before, I come to the conclusion he‘s ahead of the old guys as a basketball player this very day. Their achievements in the past and the possibility of a third spring for them don’t lead me to think what they’ll deliver will be better than what JB is going to do. KD got cooked last season (by ant) and the year before, Brown cooked everybody, especially Luka. Nope, I can’t think of him as fourth in his position right now.
