400 hours of building, I must have spent several hours deleting splitters, deleting conveyors and replacing the splitter, reconnecting belts. I Could have just held Ctrl to replac it???!?!? Thanks for the tip!

One that is missing that I saw recently is that if you want to create a new power pole and have it be connected between two other existing pole, you don't have to disconnect the two pole, build the third pole then reconnect everything. You can click on the cable you want to split with a pole selected and then place that third pole and it will disconnect and reconnect that pole between the two other poles.

Unequipped equipment can be equipped by pressing number keys corresponding to the "Equipment shortcuts" at the top of your inventory. Left->Right = 1->n. This is really useful for quickly swapping jetpack, hoverpack, and parachute. No need to click, just press tab->1->tab, for example. It really opens up a lot more maneuvers for movement.

Typo in your title

Go to the menu options and turn off Hold to Sprint. When you load into your game, you just have to tap Shift once and you'll run forever from that point on. With this setting on you also need a one-time Shift tap to do faster ziplining (even if you already tapped Shift once for running on the ground). Also, really basic, but when looking at something, middle click it to copy that item and bring up the hologram to build a second one. When dismantling, change the mode to Blueprint mode. While in the Dismantle Blueprint mode, middle click when pointing at a blueprint and you'll copy that whole blueprint. Organize your blueprints in categories and subcategories, because when you press the Quick Switch button it will cycle through all the options in that subcategory (this is also true for regular build item things) Hold shift when placing a foundation to make it snap to the world grid. If you always do this, you'll never have two factories or a factory and a road with an awkward gap between them And it might be worth calling out specifically: Don't forget about the H key. Even though it's right there in the bottom corner, I always forget that I can hide my Xeno Basher or rebar gun or whatever that takes up a bunch of viewspace. For most buildings, even if it's red and says Surface too uneven, just lock the hologram and it will immediately turn blue.

One thing about changing the material in the customizer to "shiny", If you are barely maintaining a good framerate with the default then switching to shiny can tank your fps whenever you have a lot of those objects on the screen. Swapping from default to shiny for me drops my fps from maintaining 59-70 down to 40-50 and vastly increases the frame jittering. Its not unplayable but it can get hard on the eye's after a while. The impact is probably higher or lower depending on what Lumen setting you are using.

So there were some things I missed - I'll be adding them to this pinned comment if I see or think of more! You can copy paste recipes if you're standing near a machine! Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste! When nudging, hold Ctrl when pressing arrow keys to move in half increments! (credit to @stefansenft) Holding Shift while zip lining will speed you up! (credit to @ender0998) Middle mouse while building to copy the machine/buildable you're looking at, also works on blueprints in dismantle blueprint mode (credit to @TheSlowestZombie) There is an option in controls to switch the sprint to toggle and it works with the sprint zip line (credit to @TheSlowestZombie) Hold CTRL when placing a foundation to build to world grid - will ensure all your foundations line up (credit to @TheSlowestZombie / @ebolaface) You can insert a power pole on an already constructed by holding Ctrl, so you don't have to dismantle a line to put in a pole (credit to @devilwarriors5164) when you use a parachute you can move faster by holding shift and you can cut the parachute to fall faster by pressing c or whatever your crouch button is. Something i recently learned is that when nudging, you can hold CTRL when pressing the arrow keys and it will move in half increments!

Another control for the zipline: Holding down SHIFT will speed u up.

I've got 700 hours on the game and didn't know you could swap out walls or splitters by holding control, thanks lol

I'm almost at full to get a raid exotic. I have the Glimmer and Ciphers at maximum, and only need 48 more spoils. Don't really raid a lot but am getting heavier into it this season. But I like to use the first chest in Vow of the Disciple. Which raid exotic would you recommend? For PVE like max DPS for raid bosses and dungeon bosses, or your standard group of heavy yellow bar ads. My last wishes for the Final Shape would to get every raid exotic, the Riven's Bane title, the Salvation's Edge raid title, and the Vow of the Disciple raid title.

Just as an FYI, I also tried Kills:<20 and that seemed to work too if you wanted to get even more granular with weapons that see little use, not just no use. Great video by the way and very timely.

Kept my Bygones in my Vault since Last Wish always hoping and praying and finally after 6 years it has again been my most used primary. Outlaw Rampage is an old perk combination but the gun hits like a truck and nothing has ever felt as good to me.
