Jik Bo is one of those super basic, beginner forms that's essentially a stepping and power generation drill that everything afterwards builds off. I think that's the beauty of those types of forms though, they're so basic and you can add little things into them one day and switch it up the next, to build your skill. Unfortunately, that gets passed on and what was a simple and fun drill for the students 10 years ago has now been codified as "authentic/traditional/any other way is heresy."

更推摔跤摔跤的技巧幾乎都是抓住對方手臂、夾脖子或抓住腰帶使出相對比柔道的摔技更易於在街頭實戰中發揮而且更快更狠也比較不讓身體緊貼對手容易被反制
