Practically it's more like 2.5 to 3.0. But I can believe that USTA ranking could show 4.0. To be honest, the actual 4.0 players may not win against 3.0 players, because the playstyle is just so so different. 2.5-3.0 players often hit random balls and no clear strategy, which is normal to make 4.0 players frustrated.

You need to learn the basic fundamentals . Every execution has to biomechanically sound, within the range of correctness. Bad execution will be hard to unlearn. Enjoy your tennis.

your back hand take back needs to be earlier. You wait too long and pull back quickly then hit which make your shots rushed and inconsistent. Just make your unit turn sooner and stay there until you are ready to hit the ball.
