I do like the chili peppers but it’s the same ol stuff all the time I seen them in 2022 in Dublin and the gig was more of a jam than playing the songs it was very disappointing just going through the motions no innovation

The reason u2 have sustained at the top level is innovation they would have given it up years ago if it was just 4 of them playing on a basic stage they’ve rode that horse for more years than most the greatest bands are not the best players by any stretch of the imagination if I wanna see players and singers I’ll go to a musical. The chilli’s do their thing which has really never changed but personally unless the music is evolving and the live show is always creative I’m not interested
