Yes, I feel like a broken record with the chronic pain. I have stopped talking to friends or coworkers about it because I think they don't believe me or they are sick of it. It's rough. I have congenital scoliosis which has not been fused....yet.

I also endured 10 years of chronic back pain after my scoliosis surgery. I resonate with you a lot, and nobody really understood what I was goin through on any given day other than my family. I went through a lot of trial and error too, and when I committed to my self help, the right kind of exercises and natural healing, it worked! Like cold water exposure (ice baths/cold showers), all kinds of of meditation practices, yoga and strength training specifically scoliosis, and constantly mindful of my posture. It's something to manage consistently as you know, so it really pushed me to integrate those healthy habits as regular practices in my daily and weekly life. I'm glad and grateful to know we're not alone and we're not letting our conditions win.
