This describes when I am having a psychosis episode.. I drive a tractor trailer over the road. And experience this all the time. This song really describes what I'm feeling. I literally see it driving down the road. I no longer feel empathy or love for people. But I know I have a job to do. So I make peace with my demons to get the load there.
