If you ever feel this way, take one hour to stare at your ceiling, then go to sleep. This can help your brain calm down and get confidence. It restarts your brain just like it restarts your device. This is a technique i use when i feel like i wanna die, but i can't because of friends, future events, etc. In my brain, i always think gay, i dont understand how, but to let my brain drift off to sleep, i close my eyes and think of gays. I can't dream, so i try to make my own dreams. In my opinion, i think this is very good for people who have depression or feeling bored/unhelpful/useless, etc. Please use this technique(dont feel forced to.). Have a lovely day/night!

i think the worst part is knowing how lost i was in a sea of darkness and how much a smoked and drank and stayed up all night and how much i skipped class and failed and then all of a sudden ONE human came into my life and changed it and following that ONE spirt, God came into my life ( he was always there but my faith and love for him had nvr been this strong before) and that feelings knowing all this hard work to get out the darkness worked and payed off i found my light at the "end" of the tunnel and then one random day i fell back into the darkness and this has got to be the deepest i have ever been. drinking soooo much more and buying a vape again and js slowly killing myself on the inside but choosing to be "okay" on the outside, JUST KNOWING that i lost all this wonderful progress i was making was its own stuff. i finnaly got better meantaly and physically and it all got ripped away from me because of one person. i ofc still know God will love me unconditionally and there is no buts, ifs, or hows, its just the truth. he will. but i also need to love myself, not lose myself.
