Tony with the incorrect comment “Manningham goes out and Cruz was able to take the opportunity “!? Victor Cruz is the slot receiver n Mario M. was the wideout! Always was incorrect with these analyses cause we can tell he never does the homework on the teams!

The Mike Pierra commentary was always such a waste of time cause nothing he ever said was a surprise- no new insight and never once gave a negative opinion of the referees, never! Such a waste of time space but this was the start of the no negativity in sports broadcasting; and Moose Johnson was always a cliche machine with no real impact. That’s why Tony Romo is such a great commentator! He’s the total opposite of- great insight, and smart and witty commentary.

The best part of this for me is that the Patriots had so much high hopes to make history and they did so in the worst way possible for them they got beat in the Super Bowl I mean yeah it was close on the scoreboard but if you really watch that game the Giants beat them up and down the field they were faster and More Physical

Brady v. Manning was so much better than Allen v. Mahomes. These young kids missed out on greatness. This was also the last game with the great CBS scoreboard from 13-15

I'll never understand how that wasn't illegal hands to the face or roughing the passer.

Rivers is an absolute legend. His throwing motion makes zero sense and all he does is throw TD rainbows weeks before the play even develops. I have no idea what he’s seeing in these throws. There’s nothing there yet it works beautifully.

Ah, the 70’s - no narcissistic end zone celebrations, no players holding out for more money they don’t deserve, no running down the field for 30 yards after making a routine tackle, no players strikes, no free agency, no scandals, no egos

When Tony Romo became the QB is when I began analyzing QB accuracy. There were three Tonys and one never knew which one would show up. There was the good Tony that would consistently throw the ball within a circle of about 1' in diameter. When good Tony showed up the Cowboys won. Then there was fair Tony. His passes were in a circle of up to 3' in diameter. If the run game was working Dallas would still win. And of course there was bad Tony. He could only hit a circle at least 6' in diameter. Dallas rarely won the bad Tony games. In this game we saw a barely fair Troy. For the most part the running game wasn't working. The defense won this game by keeping it close until the Vike's defense was worn down. If Troy had put the pass in OT out front instead of behind Fleming he might have run it in on the play before Emmitt's TD. Before that he threw a pass to Moose that hit the turf 3' in front of him. If good Troy shows up this game isn't close. (Yes, early on there were some inexcusable drops of good passes but on the whole Troy was barely fair the entire game.)

Good ol' Warren... I grew up in Houston. I saw Earl Campbell who took Oilers to two title games. Then the Run and Shoot. Warren amassed a 3-7 playoff record and all three wins were wild card games. Could not win a divisional playoff game. Just like the Cowboys have been since 1995. Even with a bye. One and done instead.

Aff 😤 the years the chiefs relied on other results to make it. I used to work stock boy at HECTHS and used to stay down low in the tv section watching the game. Then on break go get some Mrs Fields. Good times but KC was not the goat. Now they are. LETS GO 3 PEAT !!!
