Leave the beavers alone for gawds sake. I would be mad if I was a beaver and huge excavator shows up and destroyed my hard work

Another great video, camera placement, music and I really like how you take out the whole dam right down to the canal bottom and clean up the sides.

I live about a mile downstream... my whole backyard was flooded. Still can't find my lawnmower or my trampoline!

All'apparenza abbastanza facile ma è risultato il più complesso che ho visto, complimenti

Excelente trabajo. Una pregunta, porque el balde de la pluma no tiene dientes? Sería mejor para atrapar los troncos...humilde opinión. Saludos

Witam Maciej, not only “an endless amount of branches and sticks”, but `fighting a giant python ´ (starting 01:21:00), too. Also first time we somewhat didn’t see you smiling while doing the job; how comes 😉? Ok, ok, before you start throwing sticks at me 🤕: this was really very though work 💪on this beaver’s pool. The dam itself was kind of masterpiece on its own, and also noted how the beavers made smart use of the vertical trunks (like the tree & that `python´ one) and even seem to have hardened the banks on both sides. Your comment “good warm-up in the morning” appears to be `Polish understatement´ here - and slightly amused about that siren's check we heard at some point. Pozdrawiam serdecznie!

Dig out the back a few buckets before you break the dam.

Why on earth would you destroy a beaver dam? They are arguably one of the most important species in this country for building restoring and maintaining habitats upon which over 60% of species in this country. What on earth are you thinking?
@TahitianTreatSkeetJuiceJr2 күн бұрын
the before vs the after - the fact that something so small was able to build something like this, stopping all that water , is amazing. we have human engineers that still dont build things as efficient
@yousefsamin2 күн бұрын
Shouldn’t the dam be broken gradually so the water doesn’t rush in that huge amount all at once?
@robin65642 күн бұрын
I truly appreciate seeing this video. I have seen others but they just get the water moving and leave debris making it quick and easy for beavers to rebuild. Great job!

Sorry, but you should get much more viewers if you film the beavers making it...I see too much pieces of wood perfectly installed on the wall, do you have enemies ?

One at a time, the beavers can build the dam faster than you can tear it up.

Good Evening from Western Australia. That was a tightly packed dam and holding back an enormous amount of water. You must of been exhausted after this one. Keep well and God Bless.
@gemmrk4 күн бұрын
Hopefully there was a really good reason to do this. Beaver dams actually greatly improve ecology, that is why God made them, they are natures way of landscape/ecology management, a way to improve soil, plant health, fish numbers, soil nutrition. I would never remove the dam unless i absolutely had to
