Watching this in 2024 this entire thing is so cursed. The girls handled it so well, especially if we consider they were so young at the time. They were babies. I have huge respect for Danielle here. She wasn't always treated fairly throughout her career in H!P, I'm glad this creepy old man didn't manage to quiet her. Besides, it's not normal for an adult to make such comments towards minors. Hope she's okay, the other girls too.

@@Adlata Cultural difference. If this was in America he woulda been arrested lol. Men act perverted and are actually pretty cruel to women in a lot of these Japanese shows. I can think of Momoko from Berryz Koubo being pushed into the ground several times, one time in sand/dirt and they all laughed. Japan has some odd humor. This is one reason why I said they wouldn't have lasted long in Japan with idol rules and this weird shit...Like sexual harassment is funny lol.

@@DrawingsOfNamine I think guys in Asia do not have the same awareness as in the west but this was also from 1999. It was a different time back then and inappropriate behavior happened in the west too back then. As for the Momoko incident you're talking about... They are all in on it and it's a sense of humor in Japan.
