i'm glad i got to experience the golden era of console gaming; made me fell in love with gaming and EDM music. this is why good music and theme songs is important in gaming, IMO it elevates and transcends the whole experience. it sounds quite trivial but as a lonely kid who had games and music to accompany me, it IS important.

I remember when I was seven, eight years old and I discovered this kind of music. Every time I heard a dnb track I could feel -and still can btw- my heart racing from the state of mind that this new genre brought with it. A certain sense of spiritual enlightment, excitement for the things to come, to grow and meet new faces, discover amazing new places and play some fancy new games. Simpler, happier times. How I miss them.
