He thought alcoholics can't be fixed. He was wrong. It's called rehab. The problem with Matt was that he didn't make the effort to find a solution to his addiction. He made excuses but didn't put in the work

If your 1 question in life is "What's in it for me?", you may as well add to it "how selfish am I?".

Leaving IS NOT EASY. Because it’s 365 days a year of constant, intense pressure coming from within. The place of sanctuary. I stayed 30 years….That’s not easy. Leaving is hard and being alone while lonely and difficult, is at least quite and more predictable

RIP my man. On his words however, I think as a man, if you have accomplished raising a family, if you set the foundations for that family to live and exist, then you have done all that you could possibly accomplish. Afterwards you get to have time. A lot of time. And you can spend that in whatever way you see fit, doing the things you enjoy have fun and ultimately go to bed in the evening saying, "today was a good day". If your family doesn't already do that for you something went wrong or you need to change the way you look at the world as a man.

The buddhists had all this figured out millennia ago. Desire is the root of sufferring and once you satisfy all your desires you will just have more desires, thus the sufferring continues

I don’t get why these people don’t just give away all their money and enable other people to live their dreams then. It’s selfish for him to sit on all of that cash and then complain how miserable it is for him. There are literally millions of people who are starving and just trying to get their basic needs met, and this dickwad sits up there and whines about how horrible it is for him to have millions of dollars. Yeah, it’s because you’re a useless POS who only thinks about yourself and doesn’t help anyone else. It’s not that complicated. If you live selfishly and do bad things, of course you’re gonna feel bad.

Depends on the dream I suppose. I mean if your dream is to see your family, your loved ones, and your friends to succeed. Or if you dream of peace and for your children to surpass you, to better than you ever could've been. When dreams of a selfless nature become reality I'm certain you'll be content, and I do believe you'll find your answer. There's nothing that can compare

Nope. It’s make him priority and don’t waste his time. Cause you got options but he doesn’t have time to waste. Most woman don’t know how to love cause there is too much in support of woman no matter what feeling they have from social media. It’s all clicks and ads and you get what they want they get what they want. Don’t listen to single lonely hoes on how to have a relationship. You may only want that when your 30 or something but at that point with the rate men are becoming infertile or dying from suicide you are more than likely gonna be alone. Or with something you have to settle with. So fuck your “experiences”, fuck your “guy friends”, fuck all that unless you truly just wanna be alone cause that’s what will happen when you force it at 30 anyway
