One thing I have noticed is that in this scene then nobunaga’s forces use the triple volley tactic but according to historical records it’s not clear if this was actually used irl or just something that people believe might have been used but if it was actually used in combat then against cavalry and infantry alike it would have been extremely effective

I have no idea what any of these people said, but you have to admire their courage. Odes always to modern Engineering, which obviously won the day. It's always proof that the power of the mind of Engineers is enough to turn tides of battle.

In the 2nd charge around 6:25, where are the dead horses and cavalry from the 1st charge?

If you want to win a battle you can't be fool hardy. Granted these are archebuses (sp¿) but still lethal in the given context. You have to wonder how the attacking force values it's manpower.
Yup, cavalry charge against palisaded matchlock infantry - always going to end badly………

In first view, the samurai with guns was dishonorable but the Takeda commander was more because he sand his troops to death and he must take his one life, I think that the idea from the producer is to try to understand to Japanese people to abandon they old traditions and to prepare them for modern life.

Why would any cavalry charge a fortified position with a wall or fence? You can't get passed it on horseback.

It has been proven through experiments. Matchlock guns at the time took between 30 seconds and a minute to fire. Also, the firing range of guns at that time was about 100 meters. Cavalry charges were an effective tactic against matchlock guns. The reason for Takeda's failure was that Oda Nobunaga possessed an unprecedented matchlock gun and used it on the battlefield.

History is so fake, but I let it slide. It would take lifetimes, to make that many metal objects, by mining, melting, and grinding, with a stone. The cutting wheel , welder, and sewing machine, changed the world, and theatre. But, the losers had the high ground, and plenty of grass. They could have rolled a grass ball of fire, into the wooden fence barricade, and then attacked, while smoke and fire blinded gunshots..
