I stuck a magnet on the back of my hand control pendant,I can stick it anywhere when working and has proved to be a great feature.

I am looking forward to Press either Hydro Pneumatic or Hydraulic press to cut 15/20 layers of thin chapathis / papads of each1/2 mm thickness. Please suggest any Indian Manufacturers preferably in Chennai Area

What is the phenomena of the motor to hydraulic . how does the electro hydraulic thing works, plz share if any links ,regards

How much is the maximum system pressure on that press?

We sell a light bar and 60 foot cable to handle that. The light bar is basically a set of taillights in a box that you can hang on anything you tow. You cannot hook pigtails together and have functional lights on the towed vehicle.

Thanks for the comment McGillicutty88. This question does come up from time to time. On trucks with large or extended fairings, you must stabilize these when towing from the rear. There are many ways to do this i.e., tarps, netting straps ect..but the slickest thing I've seen is a load lock with C-Clamps welded to the ends. The C-Clamps had rubber jaws so not to mar the finish. That guy was an expert at towing with many years of experience.

On trucks with fiberglass or plastic bumpers, the bumper is removed and a temporary towing bumper is placed across the end of the frame rails...basically a scrap piece of angle iron. This mostly applies to straight trucks. Fifth wheel tractors are normally pulled from the rear and are much quicker to hook up.

I'd take that speed any day also I would have gotten a little scared throwing 100 tons at those blocks. You never know.

Is there a pigtail you can hook up from your truck the the one in tow? So you have the ability to use their lights when towing?

...Some of these pumps have 2 speed..faster, then slow when the press gets to the work.

Great job on the video. Looks like that setup relies on a strong bumper. Would it damage front ends on newer trucks? The chains on the front axle rely on tension and looks like a good speed bump could cause cause them to loosen enough to come free. Too bad there isn't a detatchable axle lift design.

What are these rated to pull/lift?
