After hearing some spoilers, I thought that the Nixon Falls storyline was just to bring their feelings back. So the writers could setup something happening while Sonny was alive, instead of him always needing to be off canvas for Jarly’s romance. If you remember, there was this crazy mob guy in town who busted up Jason’s bachelor party. There was a “down the road” spoiler that he was supposed to kidnap Carly, causing Jason to leave Brit in Greece and go rescue Carly, where Jarly’s emotions would get the best of them because of the high adrenaline situation-what Brit and her mom talked about happening in a rescue situation. We never found out if those emotions led to a kiss or led to them sleeping together because Steve left. On one of the 4/15 clips someone posted that now we are having “a Jarly Story” with pretty good evidence to support their position. Hopefully, they’re right, but we’ll see.

DAMN I don't want them broken up. All of this was to set Sonny up. She only has to testify against Sonny if she chooses, she is protected by spousal privilege. Bubba Scott is still a jerk. Since when does prosecution have the right to call the defendant as a witness against himself? He doesn't have to testify unless he chooses too.

Why did they kill her off

It's around 4/18/04! Sam had run away not wanting the complications of getting in the way of Sonny's family and finding it hard to be around him as she loves him. She had previously gone to the convent to give her baby up for adoption so Sonny thought she may have gone there again (she had not) and went to find her. And yeah, Nico is either an ex of Sam or just previously knew her, but has gone full stalker.

Morgan was such a great kid honestly. I hope they would bring him back. That might help old Sonny come back.
