I think that you have to get a kit for it to work. But If you do have the launch control kit on your dirtbike, the button should be right next to the kill switch. Hold that button down as you drop the clutch.

The water isn't radioactive because the fuel is located inside those metal tubes and they don't leak. You'll be fine unless you get too close to the rods. I heard this story of a diver doing work on one of these pools and picked up a piece of debris. All their radiation warnings went off after bringing it to the surface.

Water is an amazing radiation shield. It depends on how deep you're going to swim. Fall in and stay at the surface is likely pretty much harmless.

No. Water is a great blocker of radiation. You would probably get there though with all of the lead you would recieve.

atomic joc I think the future is ( still .) Nuclear energy. A lot of ignorance. A cousin of mine doesn't believe water vapour causes produces electricity. A neighbour says is a small explosion causing the propellers spinning. Is pointless arguments. ...But..I support nuclear power stations except ...not so big.

The pool shown in the video is the Spent Fuel Pool. No rods to SCRAM here, the fuel is weak enough to have the reactions controlled by simply introducing different temperature water to the pool. After the rods sit in the pool long enough to decay off, they're taken out and put in dry cask storage, where they'll remain for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, this video doesn't even show the reactor itself. The video title is slightly misleading.
