I am so confused about what was going through the devs minds because these broken moves were much better balanced before in the BT games. Like for example they completely went away with the "ki sickness" concept that was great for whenever you did an instant spark and ult, your ki would go to 0 and would charge much slower until you filled the bar again. And I don't remember the ki blasts looping that fast in Sparking. Then afterimage strike def didn't go on for that long. They're easy fixes that weren't even a problem before, so hopefully the devs fix these cheese tactics soon enough

Honestly out of all the characters here by far the one I hate fighting the most is super vegito he just forcces you to play a certain way the entire match cuz of AIS meanwhile the rest of them I can fight normally

Android 17 (z) main and climbing ranks. Currently S5 and I see the same ol mofos in rank all the time. Android barrier will save you vs these unblockable super spam. However you’re going to be fighting up hill for the majority of the fight. If you see after image strike just throw charged Ki blasts. You have unlimited energy you can just keep spamming it and piss them off

The high tier characters can be annoying by my friend be dogging on people with videl

Kefla’s Ultimate actually isn’t unblockable, it just seems that way because she’s incredibly fast.

I understand this is a singles video but most of this is remedied by dp battles. Theres alot more of a mix of play styles when you’re capped at 15dp. Most annyoing strat ive seen is choosing all low dp characters with broken abilities (AIS) and swapping to wait out the clock and win by health. Besides that its fun to run into comps running high dp characters it gives meaning to their strength knowing they only have 1 or 2 weaker characters in the back pocket to compensate for a beerus or whis.

About Vegetto and Afterimage Strike. He's one of the only characters in the game who actually deserves that ability. Krillin, Videl, Roshi, Kid gohan, pan, none of these characters should have such an ability. Even if in the series goku teen and Roshi canonically have it, it makes no sense that they can perform it against higher powered characters in the series. It makes the game balanced and unbalanced at the same time, because shit ass characters like these can have a good match up against literal gods in the series. This frustrates me because SSJ4 goku is one of my favorite characters but he is not as viable in combat as Gt goku or Roshi. When you think about dragon ball Z, you should be thinking of wanting to play with goku, vegeta, buu, frieza, etc. not Yajirobe and Videl for fuck's sake. This game is trying to have its cake and eat it too. its trying to be competitive and also keep the spirit of the tenkaichi games. It somewhat fails at both.

Lets be real, its too late for dmc3 or dmc1 to get a remake. Gaming has never been worse today especially if you look at capcom nowadays, just look at dead rising remaster, monster hunter wilds and even hideaki itsuno's dragons dogma 2, theyre all poorly optimized and censored as hell. if we ever do get a remake we'll be doing combos in 30fps at 720p with dlss and frame generation, not to mention they'll absolutely ruin the cutscene and find a way to make lady far more unappealing than trish was in dmc5. The best we could hope for is the port of the dmc3 switch version with freestyle mode

I believe there should be an option to leave at the start of the battle, not during, because when I see every version of Gogeta come out in Singles ranked, im expected cheese and overall wackness.

I dislike multi-character modes cause they are dragging and SZ has only a 600 timer, so it is especially monotonous how you win, so I play Single-Battles. I play Teen Goku (The OG) cause he is my favorite version of him. I am consciously playing with handicap cause T-Goku just has slow combos and damage and cannot actually fly. The big problem is, despite me winning, it is actively against HIGH-HEALTH enemies with INSTANT-SPARKING. I do more combos, I barely get to use my abilities and yet when I lose it is actually the enemy having only 1 HP-bar left (meaning I did double my health as damage on them) and cause of repeated Instant-Sparking spam. Keep in mind, I have to actively play aggressively. I have to constantly pressure and sadly their Skill Bars increases enough for them to pop the Instant-Sparking. So I have the choice to tank hits with already low starting health and go deeper into a disadvantage or constantly hit the enemy, barely to never ki-charge more than 1 second to prevent them from popping sparking. This really discourages me to continue playing Lower-DP characters. I even tried out Hit just for the sake of it and thanks to his speed and health won most of my matches with him. Same with Beerus. So my suggestion is: Just equalize HP for every character in Single-Battles and either give all characters Instant-Sparking or none. If you wanna go crazy, allow any character up to Saiyan Arc to use ability items (and Mr.Satan).

I don’t think a rage wuit should be a permanent ban but it should at least affect their ranks in the fact that whoever rage quit their rank will go down and the other persons should go up

I do hate that with such a giant roster you just see the same 10 characters over and over again between singles and DP battle. Plus side of that though is you can *immediately* tell if someone’s there for the love of a DB game or is a cheesemonger the second the camera flips around after matchmaking 😂

People shouldn't even be rage quitting. It's just a game and rank should mean absolutely nothing to you and I don't even play online. It's pathetic.

I think ki sickness for the instant sparking, make afterimage mainly for characters that used it by name kinda thing where it was a huge skill (roshi,kid goku ect) make it shorter and limited dodges. Ki blasts i think is kinda accurate as is, maybe reduce damage after x number of hits or allow somone stuck deflecting to start moving during deflects. On top if this make a delay so people cant combo it straight into ultimates and make it drain sparking meter per blast
