@@LifeofM033 I always swap them out. New outlets, switches, GFI’s. I use to be an electrician as well so that’s helped a lot remodeling rentals and flipping houses! Also thanks and congratulations! That’s awesome.

Please wear a mask friend. Old plaster contains Asbestos fobers for reinforcment. Be safe friend. Please. Those hairy th8ngs stickong out are the fibers. All cloths worn must be burnt and all areas of home affected by dust need deep cleaned. Sucks but necessary.

Great question! I like to build a good rapport with them and lay them out a plan you have. What you plan to do with certain properties, what you think the values are before and after repairs, etc. Everytime I go in to sign I’m always there way past closing. Just talking about the market and asking lots of questions. 👉🏻👈🏻
