My Attorney Kevin Little farther egregiously traumatized me when I saw he had omitted additional EEOC charges, withheld Evidence, Wittneses, and prohibited 🚫 my witnesses and I from testifying. MOTIVES I would have discovered that he had jumped ship 🚢 to the other side Conflict of Interest and Prosecutory Misconduct, etc.

My Atty Kevin Litttle did not do any form of discovery interrogatories or subpoenas etc on my behalf. Nor did he inform me that he received any discovery from PRL Position Statements, did allow me to read nor sign anything that he submitted False Claims Act, or his rebuttal response defense. EEOC'S Investigator Danail Nance knew, allowed, and participated in Atty Little and PRL Amanda Costello, and Ben Aston colluded and conspired to Suppressed Evidence dismissed EEOC Investigation and Federal Courses of due process. Fraudulently Obstructed and Wrongful DISMISSED.

What everybody doesn't know, when i involved myself with mujahadeen 2012 i was against what they were doing, but i had to stay with them and not let go while at the same time i was reporting for the syrian arab army, i reported on behalf of the syrian civilians and country as a neutral reporter and i never gave away positions on either side, at the same time i advised one from each Christian priest, Muslim Scholar, Jewish hebrew Rabbi and i assigned each one to oversee my reports, 10 out of 10

Don’t let them get away from anything my state specially Pennsylvania is so corrupt they will get into your cestui que vie trust account if you get represented because you can’t afford it so believe it and then these fake attorneys will talk you into plea guilty and say they can’t help you and have you sign there contact well they’re secretly double dipping in your trust account there a disgrace it’s like they’re a cult and it’s satanic all court judge lawyers sheriffs city cops state troopers all get a piece of the trust where that needs judges act like a god and mess with our freedom an instrument money thay have really ruined so many families across America

He's the absolute best I've seen to date. There are literally millions of legal presentations on the various subject matter issu but none has come even remotely close to the clear, concise and transparent presentation presented herein. I've been watching for year's now and have benefited greatly (alongside the use of the Blacks Law Dictionary) in my daily life as a local small business owner and disabled generational war veteran. Thank God for selfless patriots like this man 🙏 😊

I’m looking for assistance. I was sued and attempted to file my answer at the court clerk’s office within the deadline. I was denied entry into the building under threat of arrest. I don’t have time to research and file paperwork. I need a good lawyer that specializes in 1983 claims!!!

Can someone answer or confirm a basic question? Do the federal rules of civil procedure apply in local and state courts? Or do state courts have their own rules? Specifically I'm in NY and we have the CPLR. Does that supersede or work in concert with the federal rules? Also, might there be a citation to support the answer? I'm wondering for family court in NY, and regular civil proceedings. Thanks. =]
